eM Client with Office 365 email not working

I am trying to set up my office 365 account with eM client and its not working.  When I do the automatic setup, it says “authentication failed”.  Before that I get a certificate error.  Any suggestions?

Hello Lori, not completely sure what certificate error you’re referring to, can you please make a screenshot of the error and submit it to us here on the forum? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?

Are you using domains while authenticating with your server using the webmail? Are you using the automatic or the manual exchange account setup?
