Starting em-Client connecting to my Mailbox in an Exchange 2013 enviroment.
System is a virtual Windows 7 (64-bit) Client
em-Client crashes with “programm error”
Dont ́t synchronize the “rest” of my Mailbox.
How can I delete the “Profile”? and create a new one?
Hi, can you maybe make a screenshot of this crash you’re seeing? Also if there’s a report window, there should be a button to “Show error”, can you please click that button and send me the error from the crash?
Not sure what you mean by deleting the profile? Do you mean the account or the whole database?
What version of eM client are you using?
em Client 6.0.20320.0
where to send the whole error?
Could you please go to your local folder > App Data > Roaming and copy the eM Client directory without mail_data, mail_fti and mail_index.dat files?
Please archive the folder without these files and send it to email@example.com
Also please include a reference link to this forum topic.
