em client (version 6.022344.0) contact sync lists error & then deletes contact

i have windows 8.1 64 bit version O/S.

I use the latest version of em client 6.022344.0 and i sync contacts wth my iphone via icloud.
when i am online of working offline, if i amend or add a contact, via the em client, when i click save, and em client syncs to icloud - it always returns the error

" Synchronisation of folder iCloud

Failed to upload item **

Item wasn’t uploaded to the CardDAV server because the server returned the following error:
Forbidden (Forbidden)
Which action do you want to take?

[] Use this choice for all issues during synchronisation.

[Upload Later]  [Skip Upload]  [Delete Item] "

Whichever option i choose, the contact does not upload, either then, now or later.
i cannot identify the individual contact created and marked as " ** " offers no clues as to which contact it relates too - (no option to check, etc)

It then becomes the choice of delete, or simply encounter the same errors, whether adding single contacts, or multiple.

It is noted that any created contact with a photo, will never sync with em client.

Not all contacts are syn’ced irrespective of the above failures.
There remains a quantity discrepancy between icloud website contacts, and the pc client.

If i create a contact using the icloud website, then they sync without a problem.
all emails are sync’ced correctly, incl folders.

When i setup the system, i used standard settings.

Hello, sorry about the belated reply, are you still experiencing this issue? If this can be replicated each time using your account, I’m afraid that the calendar/contact item you’re trying to edit or the folder you’re saving to, can’t be edited due to account permission? Is this a user folder that you’ve created or a default to your account? Can you please make a screenshot of the issue and submit it to us here on the forum?
