Em client v7 license

Is it possible to purchase a v7 license nowadays?
I have my main machine that uses v8 and its ok in general, however purchasing another v8 license for my secondary laptop that I don’t use that much seems a bit too pricey. I remember purchasing v7 license for around 10-15 EUR back in the days which would suit my wallet today.
