I got an update for EM-Client today. I installed it and when the computer rebooted my EMClient app was gone. I clicked on the Windows button and it gave me an option to start EMClient but when I clicked on it (3 times) it didn’t do anything.
What can I do to get my EMClient back? Are all my emails and contacts lost?
I appear to have fixed the problem. I tried the free download again and when the file saved I ran it and part way through it gave a “file not in folder” error message. EM Client was still not on my computer. It tried again with the same result.
I then used Windows uninstall to uninstall the downloaded em client, tried the download again and my EM Client program reappeared and all my emails are there and it seems to be working now.
