My new eMclient synchronizes emails (new mails) but I deactivated “synchronizing when started” and “synchronizing every x minutes”. I want to synchronize (send and receive mails) manually! How can I prevent eMClient from sending and receiving mails automatically? Thank you!
If you go to Menu > Tools > Accounts, you will see that your account is setup as either IMAP or Exchange (EWS). These type of accounts are permanently connected to the server, so this setting does not apply to them.
If you want to manually sync you need to delete the account that is currently in eM Client, and then setup your account as POP3.
