em Client suddenly stopped working. DESPERATE

I changed from Office 365 to em Client and it has been working well. Suddenly today it stopped working. Message Connecting tomail failed. It changed some of my settings. (POP3) An attempt to connect to mail failed. My webmail works and so does my mobile but not em Client. Any answers please before I have to kick it out?

The POP3 is working but as soon as I send an email I can’t because the SMTP doesn’t work.  Does nothing until I delete the email in the outbox.  The original port codes are different but now it doesn’t matter what I put in because it doesn’t work anymore.
