EM client states 'cannot send message( recipient not accepted by the server). I need en EM expert - tech support to help fix so I can work.

I cannot send message or emails . I get a notification saying: email recipient not accepted by the server. Please can an expert confirm and sort out this problem? I need to communicate for work ASAP. Thanks
