If you have bought the support licence ring eM Client & they will “take over” your laptop/pc & correct this for you. I had the same problem & it’s now sorted no problems.
In fact for those of you who haven’t bought the support licence, it’s well worth paying the extra bit as you can then send all your queries in via the Help button & they will be answered speedily. I can’t recommend it highly enough
Yes Frank, for Pro License users I regularly recommend opening a support ticket if the solution is not provided here, though I am not aware of a telephone contact for eM Client Support.
As this forum mainly caters to Free License users, and out of interest, what did they do that corrected the problem?
