I have several devices where I get my emails (phone, ipad, emclient). my phone and ipad always receive new mail, but em client does so much much later than those other devices… it’s really annoying because I want to read the email on my computer and em takes so long to receive what those other devices have already received… email is a hotmail account…any way to speed up the receipt of new emails?

Microsoft is making some changes to the DeltaSync support, is your hotmail currently set up as an AirSync or IMAP? Please check Tools>Accounts and tell me if an IMAP tab is present.

then I recommend switching to IMAP seeing as Microsoft will be terminating AirSync soon, and that might be the reason why there are issues with it.
Just set up your account anew in Tools>Accounts>New Account and choose Mail>Other and set up your servers manually as IMAP.
