This morning the program requested an upgrade which I accepted but when I re-open it I lost everything, I already run de restore and doesnt work, what can I do?

have you migrated your old database during the upgrade to version 7?
If not, you can try to import your data using the Menu>File>Import>Import from eM Client 6 option.
