EM Client reporting "mailbox does not exist"

I created a folder called ‘Staff’ and then moved it to be a sub folder of another existing folder.

Every time i open EM Client an error pops up saying “Cannot open folder”.

I have tried to delete the old folder but it keeps coming back!

Any ideas? Thanks.

Close eM Client and run C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\ DbRepair.exe. See if that makes any difference.

Thanks Gary. It did say it found 4 things and corrected them but no joy - still the same.

Something else you can try is if the email account is setup as IMAP or Exchange, you can remove the account from eM Client then add it again.
