eM Client is latest version. All automatic trash settings are unchecked. No rules are configured within eM Client. Mail still appears in trash folder of Zoho account. eM Client has removed mail in trash folder twice now.
eM Client does not/cannot delete anything without user instruction. You mention Zoho account, Is this via EAS (ActiveSync)? If yes, eM Client does not currently support ActiveSync.
Have you looked to see if the emails are there using a web client?
No activesync. Yes the emails are there using web client.
So, the emails are not really being deleted, they are just not syncing correctly? Are you using IMAP?
IMAP is how it was setup. I had her change some settings to see if things change.
