EM Client refresh icon spooling, but nothing else happening

When I opened EM Client this am, the refresh icon started spooling as per norm, but now it’s 10 minutes later, the icon keeps rotating, but no mails coming in or going out?

Some things you can try are to restart your router, or disable your anti-virus or firewall. See if that makes any difference.

Also any errors will be found in Menu > Tools > Operations in the Log tab.

If your email account is with Google, it may be caused by the ongoing issue with that provider, though I understand that it has been temporarily resolved in the latest version of eM Client, which is 7.2.36908. If you are not using that version, you can download it from the Release History
