eM client not working need help

Today after i i opend eM client i got notification to install update so i did press install
Since then i cannot open eM client process starts in windows but client wont open
If i do it 10 times i have 10 process in windows opend but client wont open

Since then i did removed eM client few times and installed it back, allways same situation
I have tryd older versions, newest versions allways same outcome. Proces 0% in windows and it wont open..

I’ve just minutes ago joined the Community because I have exactly the same problem.
I’ve tried reinstalling the earlier working 9 version. But, of course it won’t rewrite over the ‘new’ 10 version that doesn’t work at all.
Reinstalling the new 10 version doesn’t work either as it almost immediately stops and shows a ‘Set up ended prematurely because of an error’ message.
I would suggest that an update to solve this bug is needed.

First I do not know how you made the upgrade, however, in future only ever
perform an upgrade to eMC when you have first completely shut down.

If you want to go back to eMC v9 you can attempt the following procedure.
Also if you gave a backup of eMC v9 move it somewhere safe before you start.

I tried to open eMclient and got this message saying Windows cannot access the specific device, path or file. You may not have the approrpriate permissions to access the item. It was working fine the night before. HELP
