Hi,
Out of the blue, I am unable to send emails as they are classified as having spam content.
I am using Windows 10 with email provider being xtra.co.nz
I don’t think I have any spam content in any of the emails I am sending?!
Can anyone help?
Thanks!
Who is “telling” you about the “spam content”, eMC, email host, etc?
Its EmC. My Sent emails go to Outbox in EmC, which I happened to find under “Local folders”.
If I go to my web Xtra account I can send emails without any issues. So it’s an issue with EmC?
What happens if you delete any emails in the outbox and try sending an email?
I have tried that, problem repeats itself.
What is the error message saying in eM Client when it won’t send ?. Do you get an error back in your inbox.
Hi there,
I have gone back to email today and it seems like the issue has resolved itself, my emails are being sent with no issues!? Maybe I just needed to re-start laptop and EMclient…
Hoping it won’t happen again, thanks anyway.
