EM Client not open

Hi this is Carex Services, Our em client is not opening from morning onwards due to it was not closed properly. kindly what we to do the same for again start.

Usually, if the application was not closed properly then a database check is performed next time you try to open it. Is that what you are getting? What is the error message?
