eM Client Not Getting Emails

I’m using the free version of emclient with 2 accounts
Although the server settings are ok it’s not retrieving any emails.
Even when I use ‘Refresh.’

When I view Free vs.Pro I didn’t see that the free does not retrieve emails.
Am I missing something?
