eM Client not downloading email

I have a Verizon email address and eM Client has not been able to download any email since Friday, 9/22/23.
How can I fix this if indeed it can be fixed?

There may be errors listed in Menu > Operations > Log tab. Look for IMAP errors.

This is the most recent error log from the last attempt.
