eM Client 5 has been returning an error every time I launch the app and/or try to change my chat status to Online.
Error: [XMPP] An attempt to connect to email@example.com failed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings.
The settings are correct and unchanged, this error is not intermittent, it has been offline for a few weeks now and is only related to Chat, email and calendar sync is working normally.
The Log states: (Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.)
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
