EM Client loses activation key.

I have this program installed on both a laptop and a desktop. Both run Win 7 64-bit. Both computers now lose the activation key every time I start the program. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Are you using 2 separate Free Licences?

Hmmm . . . not sure. I can’t see the license number under Help>License.

Well, if you registered two Free Licenses, use separate ones on each computer. If you try to use the same one it will not work.

If you are not sure, register a new Free License under another email address, and use that to activate the second computer. Hopefully that will solve the problem.

Thanks Gary. The thing is, this only recently started happening. I’ve been using EMC on these two computers for several months before this started happening.

Right, so then it probably isn’t the license.

I have this problem, only just the last few days, and not all the time.
I only have one device.

If I hit the reactivate button on the error message it restarts ok. save having to find the key and re-enter it.
But annoying that it is happening.
