EM Client login error messages.

I keep getting error messages from EM client. The messages usually are in the format of [email protected]: connecting to [email protected] failed

I then try and connect using the Gmail account and there are no problems. I run diagnostics using EM client and it says everything is working perfectly. The problem has been occurring with both version 4 and just today with version 5 since I have uploaded it.

Could anyone please explain why this is occurring and what I can do to fix it

Majority of similar issues is caused by temporary network connection unavailability.

Similiar problems, yet network connection does not appear to be the problem (all other programs like browsers are uneffected).

In that case send us your IMAP logs please.
