EM Client is blocked

Below is the message I get since EM Client crashed, can anyone help me please ?
System.IO.IOException: Le processus ne peut pas accéder au fichier, car il est utilisé par un autre processus.   à System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
   à System.IO.__Error.WinIOError()

After doing a Scan for Virus, my eM Client won’t open, and I have a message as below :

Hi Mia,

This is usually a problem of another problem accessing the program’s database so eM Client can’t open it. It’s mostly being caused by antivirus software so please try switching it off and restart eM Client.
