eM Client has stopped receiving and sending emails on my partner's computer.

We have contacted our internet service provider, who was not able to help as they say it is an eM Client problem. He does not have the latest update yet. Will he have to remove eM Client from his computer and reload it? We are reluctant to do this. Any suggestions?

can you copy the error messages from Tools>Operations menu?
Also please copy the Log tab in the same window (click inside the log, press CTRL+A to select all lines, CTRL+C to copy and CTRL+V to paste the log here.)
