eM client has stopped connecting to my email accounts

I use eM client to connect to three different email accounts. I’ve done it this way for years with no issues. When I upgraded to Windows 11Pro from Windows 11Home I decided to upgrade to eM Client 9, paid 30.00 extra, etc.

It’s been a headache ever since. As of today, about half the time, it’s not connecting to any emails at all. And it won’t let me move emails to local folders. Tech support suggested that I change a couple of settings and that didn’t work at all.

When it doesn’t connect, go to “Menu / Operations” and click on the “Log tab” and look for any obvious errors. Then paste them in this thread.

What happens when you try to move emails to local folders. Do you get any error messages ?
