eM Client has crashed

I have already tried to post my problem, but can’t see it on line.

If you have already read this, please forgive me !

eM Client has crashed, and I’m going crazy !

I have the Following message :

ystem.IO.IOException: Le processus ne peut pas accéder au fichier, car il est utilisé par un autre processus.

Can someone help me get my eM Client back please ?

Hi Mia,

This is usually a problem of another problem accessing the program’s database so eM Client can’t open it. It’s mostly being caused by antivirus software so please try switching it off and restart eM Client.
