eM Client Error Message

I keep receiving the following error message when I first open eM Client to check my email:

[Google Contacts] Uploading item(s) to folder ‘[email protected]/Other Contacts’ failed due to the following error: Parameter validation failed for “resourceName” : The value did not match the regular expression ^people/[^/]+$

Could somebody please explain what is happening and how can I fix the problem.

That means your eM Client Google contacts in eM Client are not synced or got out of sync with your online Google contacts and you need to run the repair on your account contacts.

Ps Also blank out the first part of your Gmail address in your post for privacy reasons.

New error msg having to with contacts

Go to your Contact section of eM Client. Right-click on the Google Contacts folder, and choose Properties > Repair. [image] [image] [image]
