eM Client don't send attachments in Exchange Server

Hello.
Every time I try to send an email with attachments greater than 200 kB with my Exchange account, eM Client shows an error after exactly 1min and 40 sec (100 seconds).
Sounds like there are some parameters of “time out” configured with the value “100”.

I’d like to know how can I modify these settings.
I’ll aprecciate any help.

Show below the error and the eM Client version.

Thank you,
Edson.

Hello, when the error occurs, can you please switch to the log tab, copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on forum for more information about the error?

Are you using any security software or are you having issues with synchronising any of your data?

Regards,

Hello.
I’m not using any security software or firewall.
I have not issues with sync my other folders (inbox/calendar/contacts).
I can receive email with big attachments.
The only issue is SEND email with attachments.

See below the log.
You can see that the time between “Sending email” and “timed out” is exactly 100 seconds.

Thank you,
Edson.

Hello again, the time-out period in eM Client is setup to 30s, we believe this is far more than enough to receive a server response. If a request times out, this means the remote server is currently unable to process the request, this can occasionally be caused by security software blocking the connection for too long as well, if you’re using any security try to temporarily disable the software and check if the issue persists.

However note that whenever the application’s request times out, it will retry automatically, unless the server is offline, the request should be processed on retry.

Regards,

I have problems sending attachments above a few kb, NONE of the questions on this forum for this issue have been answered!!!
