eM Client doesn't sync my contacts from outlook.com, why?

I have recently switched to emClient and I am not sure it was the best choice. I can send and receive emails just fine, the interface is nice but emClient seems to be unable to synchronize my contacts from Outlook.com.

I have 12 Contacts in there which seem to be random picks from my entire list of around 200 contacts. Adding/removing the account didn’t help, the repair function also didn’t work. At this point I am at a complete loss.

in the first place please enable AirSync logging for the problematic account, then try to synchronize your contacts by pressing the “Refresh” button and send us the log. Thank you.
