eM Client doesn't show reply to email was sent

New to em client. Just replied to an email but it doesn’t show in the “Send” folder that it was sent. The original email doesn’t show my reply but in small print it said that I replied and the time I did. I checked another email client and it shows that a replay was sent. Am I doing something incorrect? Thanks

Yes, all three boxes are checked

OK, then not sure what is “missing”.

I did a test this morning and everything appears to be normal.
