How do you know if someone is using the cliente in a commercial way? You banned my father in law (I made the instalation) and nothing has changed since the instalation. 

Do you scan the emails? 

eM Client company do not scan your emails and the application does not pass any information back to the company. That would be unethical.

Ok, question, you state: “Please contact our sales department at sales@emclient.com if you wish to clear up the situation or purchase a PRO license.” But how can I contact or send an email to Sales Department when I no longer have an active license…? I now have the same issue, just out of the blue it started giving me this same issue. How can I clear it up…?

You can always use the web interface for your email account to send a nd receive email.
