Em Client does not synch with aol.com

As from today my em Client does not synch any emails from my aol.com account.
I updated to the latest emClient version,
Deleted the account and re-install it.
On aol I can see that emclient logged into aol, but no emails get down loaded.
Any sugestions of what else I can do will by much appreciated

An attempt to connect to xxxxx.verizon.net failed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings. Please check the settings or click on the warning symbol to try connecting again.

How can I find any recent changes in settings?

This is not the first time I had to spend a lot of time sorting out issues.
I moved on to another email client and all working fine.
Em Client still not syncing with my aol email.

So that’s it? I bought Em Client. It stops working after 9 months and there is no fix and no support? Isn’t there a company rep that follows these tconversations to provide answers? I guess we should take this the the Federal Trade Commission.
