Hello, sorry to see this, are you having issues with the built-in Rules feature? What kind of Rules do you have setup in eM Client? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
What mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you using any server side rules on your account?

I have pre-established a list of “received from”, by names .
Then I am using the SETTINGS list. And the sorting rules.
No automatical sorting takes place anyway.
Manual dragging into the “received” folders works, but nothing else.
Fundamental setting is IMAP . On the provider webmail server there is only
one activated rule: Eliminating the SPAM from one persistant company.
Hello Richard, are you using your email account on multiple devices? Please note eM Client can only sort newly received unread messages, e.g. if the message is synchronized from the IMAP server where it already has been marked as read, eM Client will not be able to process the rule other than manually. In this case you could only workaround this by setting up server side rules.
Can you please make a screenshot of the Rule setting and submit it to us here on the forum?
What mail service are you using with eM Client?
Can you please also update your eM Client to this release, and check if the issue persists? 6.0.22465.0
