eM Client does not show my Office365 subfolders

Hi. I have just installed eM Client as a substitute for Outlook. However, the subfolders of my Office365 account do not appear at eM Client. Actually, the only folder that seems to be downloaded is my inbox. Is there any additional configuration I should do? Thanks, Ivan

Can you see those subfolders on webmail?
Also how is your account configured (IMAP/POP3 etc.)?
