Since a few days my eM Client does not show anymore my e-mails.
The window Shows just this:

But I still can write e-mails successfully and receive them as well (Shows it by syncing).
I tried to solve by doing a repair Installation with the latest release but it does not help.
Any idea?

Hi,
it seems you disabled all your items in the left side menu.
Right click on the panel where your menu would have been (Under the new email button) and check all the items you wish to see, mainly Mail.
