EM client does not refresh shared email box

I have an email account with access to a shared email box(0365) . This shared email was added through Tools/Accounts/Delegation . However, the mailbox is not refreshed untill I open the mailbox.

If I press “send and receive all” to do it manually I see the circling circle above the main account but the shared mailbox is still not refreshed.

The mailbox is only refreshed when I open it
