eM Client does not recognize the attachment Power Point

Hi, i am new using eM Client 6.0.20154.0.

eM Client does not recognize the attachment Power Point file!. The same mail  tested in client Outlook, Thunderbird - without errors. Fatal error? Mail account Centrum.cz

No error messages. Attachment Power Point file not recognize. Only  “Unnamed attachment.”

Hi again, so the issue occurs only with receiving emails containing the powerpoint file? Can you please send me the exported message to .eml file to mcgregor@emclient.com?

You can simply export the message (or send the exported message) by drag and dropping the message from your inbox onto a new message.

Something is wrong. When exporting to *elm Annex stored properly. See Print Screen. Email send. Only problem PowerPoint attachments.

Can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on IMAP logging, for the centrum.cz account?

  1. Save the settings
  2. Restart the application
  3. Do a repair on the folder where the email is located
    You can do Repair by right clicking the folder and select Properties > Repair and click on the repair button.
    Once you do this, go back to the advanced settings window and click on “Send logs”, please send the logs to mcgregor@emclient.com with a reference link to this forum topic.
