I am using the latest version of eM Client and Windows 8.
I’m having difficulty setting eM Client as the default program for the “Send email command”. When eM client is set as the default, whenever I try to right click on a file and ‘send to mail recipient’ I get the following error message:
“Either there is no default mail client or the current client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.”
I also get this error message when i try to “Send as Attachment” from Word.
When Outlook is set as the defaul program for the “Send email command” I do not get this error message and outlook opens appropriately.
How can I get the “Send email command” to work correctly when eM Client is selected as the default? This use to work correctly in Windows 7.
