eM Client can't see my outlook 2013 email accounts

I am testing eM Client and it could not see my 2 local Outlook 2013 email accounts to import anything.

It did recognize that I had the Outlook client.

I was not able to create a local email account but it did not sync with my webmail folders.

I have CSV backups off my contacts and calendar and am trying to see if I cas import those

To import go: Menu ->File ->Import -> there are options displayed, select and follow instructions
