eM Client cannot download certain emails from gmail (IMAP)

Hi,
I’ve just started to using eM Client (v 6.0.20498.0) and i’ve got a problem:
eM Client cannot download emails (through IMAP), these emails are in “mBank” folder in gmail, they are also are in “INBOX” folder, but eM Client doesn’t download them.
The problem is visible to me (everytime eMClient try sync with gmail i got a message that appear with error).

I must say that the mostly messages in this folder have “signature” problem and i can open (download) them, in messages that doesn’t download there is "Signed by          " empty space, and i see only “The message was’t downloaded because you’re not connected to the server”

Hi Marcin, can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on IMAP logging for the problematic account?

  1. Save the settings
  2. Restart the application
  3. Replicate the issue
    When the error occurs, go back to the advanced settings window and click on “Send Logs” and send the logs to mcgregor@emclient.com with a reference link to this forum topic.
