EM Client -> BT Mail / Folders Sync

OK I’ve installed EM Client on a little netbook that doesn’t have Outlook. I’ve got it so that it shows my inbox but it doesn’t sync with my folders or with my read / unread message status. I do my mail mainly on a laptop that does have Outlook installed and this syncs with my mail / folders at my provider BT. Anyone any ideas?

Can you try turning off your firewall and antivirus on your laptop? Also can you send me a screenshot of the settings of your account? There should be IMAP (or POP3) and SMTP tabs, please take a screenshot of both.
