eM Client Backup Tool is running even though I have "Enable Backup" to off?

I am seeing this error pop-up even though I have enable backup to off:

Win 10 64, eM 7.026482.0

Hello Anthony,
have you perhaps had the backup setup in previous version?
Can you check the Windows Task manager and see if there is not a running backup process still that would prompt this error?

I get the prompt even after reboot; although it is conceivable that at one point I have the backup setup checked.
