eM Client Asking For License on Evaluation Version

eM Client is asking for a License on the 30 day free evaluation version. I have set up my multiple email addresses but none are showing. How do I get around this problem please?

You need to enter your license activation key, or you will not be able to connect. You can do this in Menu > Help > License. If you do not already have one, you need to register for one. The Free License has some restrictions in that you can only use two email accounts, and you cannot use it for business. So if that is what you want go to http://www.emclient.com/free-license and register for a Free License. If you want to use eM Client with more than two accounts, or for business use, go to http://www.emclient.com/purchase-em-client and purchase a Pro License.

The license activation key should be displayed in your browser once you have registered, but if not login to the email account you used to register through the web interface for that email account.

Hi Gary,

Many thanks for your reply.

I’ve manged to connect one account (@outlook.com) but my other email (@live.com) isn’t showing.

I have run the “Fix” and I have received the confirmation/test email.

The IMAP protocol is not enabled for Live.com. On the General tab for that account, scroll down to Services and tick IMAP.

Hi Gary,

IMAP is not showing.

For the trial period, it’s not a big problem.

Looks like the account was not setup correctly. I would remove the account, activate eM Client with a Free License, then add the live.com account again. Without IMAP you will not be able to receive email on that account.
