eM Client 7 not working properly

After upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 10 I also upgraded a few days later from eM Client 6 to version 7.
Now I have two problems:

  • everytime I must repeat an existing rule
  • I’ve a lot of eMails in a folder “deleted elements” but I have no chance to delete this emails permanently

Hope, anybody has a solution.
