em client 7 error during sync calendar incomplete

testing em-client 7 beta im gettting sync-errors and calendar-entries are missing

I’m having this same issue as well. Also, when I try to switch to the Calendar the whole system crashes & reboots.

i’m talking about em-client 7  – it does not crash but produces error-messages and calendar is not complete


i think your issue is within em client 6 ?

if so, than the reason for crashing is incorrect handling of leap year and you should install the update that was issued today

if there is no feedback to that issue it makes no sense to test em client 7 any longer

I am terribly sorry for the delayed reply, we are still working on this issue as it has been reported by more users.
There will be some fixes for irregular attendees URIs in the next release of the BETA that will hopefully fix this that should be released soon.
I should have gotten back to this thread but it slipped my mind, I apologize.

ok - so it makes no sense for customers to continue testing em-client 7 until the next beta…   

how will you inform about the new release ?

another question:

i run em Client 7 in an test-System - unfortunately it runs out of license after a while and i have to use the license-key from my em-client 6…  changing back to em-client 6 i have to enter that  license key again-- wouldn’t it be possible to make em Client 7 license free as long as it is beta ??

the next BETA update should be pushed to everyone already running version 7. It will also be on our Blog, Facebook and Forum as usual.

As for the license, unfortunately we need to have the program working with our licensing server, so that also needs to be tested and work correctly.
