How do I sync my eM calender appointments that I have just created, with my Iphone? So that my calender appointments will popup on my Iphone?

you need to have set same calendar account on both eM Client and iPhone, then create event in eM Client let it synchronize with server and then (iPhone synchronize on the flow - at least for me) it should after a while appear on iPhone.
