can you send me AirSync log? tools - settings - advanced, check Airsync under your account, apply and restart eM Client.
then try to synchronize again and when issue will occur send logs… to [email protected] with this topic’s url in subject.
then you can turn logging off.

same issue here: updates made in appointments in eM Client are not synchronized to my Hotmail account.

Hi, can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on AirSync logging for your hotmail account. Save the settings, restart the application and if the error occurs again, go back to the advanced settings window and click on send logs, add my email as a copy ([email protected]) and add a reference link to this forum topic or a description of the issue.
You could also try right clicking the calendar folder, select Properties > Repair and click the repair button if it helps.

I tried a repair because there was another problem: my main calender didn’t appear after restart. After the repair it is displayed again but the synch error remains. Sent you the log files by email.

Also did you by any chance, changed the category of an invited event, or changed a color of a calendar on hotmail recently?

Hi, I’m sorry for the late reply, If you’re still experiencing this issue, can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on AirSync logging for the problematic account?
Save the settings and restart the application when the issue occurs, go back to the advanced settings window and click on send logs.

This should become a feature of em BTW…to bypass the whole cut and paste thing…send log should be on of the operations…

your issue is, according to the logs, actually different.
The connection to the server cannot be made because the server is unavailable.
This could either be the problem on the actual server or something blocking the connection to it.
I suggest checking if you have an exception in your antivirus and windows firewall for eM Client.
If that doesn’t help, could you try removing your live account from Tools > Accounts and adding it back in?
If neither of this helps, I suggest trying to get in touch with microsoft support about their server availability.
