All good on start up but not long before e mails stop arriving.
If log out and log in again all e mails are there.
Is there an answer to this issue pleas?
Something might possibly be interferring with the mailer running resident, Or it could be a physical internet connection problem, Or it could be the eM Client version, Or possibly a mail account issue.
So first. if you have any optionally installed Firewall / Security programs, or optionally installed Antivirus programs or VPN’s, try completely disabling those to test.
Apart from that, if you haven’t already, try completely powering off your modem and computer and restart as could also be some intermittent connection issue from any eg: old stale IP address if you use a dynamic IP address.
Lastly if you don’t have any optionally installed programs like the above and powering off and on your modem and computer makes no differance, then update in this thread, “what version of eM Client you are running”, and also “what type of mail account you have eg: POP. IMAP, Exchange etc” and “who is your mail provider”. Also your OS ver.
Thank you so much for your reply. When I log on first thing the e mails are all there and for a while e mails arrive and then suddenly stop. If I log out and then log in again the e mails appear.
