I have found a small problem that prevents e-mails to be sent:
If you input an e-mail address in the contact sheet with a space before or after it, the e-mail will fail to send to that particular person. Sometimes one just copies and pastes addresses in the contact fields so getting spaces before or after the e-mail address can occur. Can you get the program to automatically delete these spaces when inserting recipients in e-mails?
