E-mails don't show in subfolders

I have many subfolders on me eM Client. The problem is that if I move one e-mail from my inbox to a subfolder it doesn’t show in the subfolder for at least 1 day. This didn’t happen to me before. Now I am afraid to move an e-mail because of losing it. I am using eM client at work so I really need my subfolders. Help?

Hi Andrea, what version of eM Client are you currently using? What mail service are you using?
Can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on IMAP (if this is an IMAP account) logging for the problematic account?

  1. Save the settings
  2. Restart the application
  3. Replicate the issue (move an email to a subfolder)
    When the issue occurs, go back to the advanced settings window and click on “Send Logs” and send the logs to mcgregor@emclient.com with a reference link to this forum topic.
