I have many subfolders on me eM Client. The problem is that if I move one e-mail from my inbox to a subfolder it doesn’t show in the subfolder for at least 1 day. This didn’t happen to me before. Now I am afraid to move an e-mail because of losing it. I am using eM client at work so I really need my subfolders. Help?
Hi Andrea, what version of eM Client are you currently using? What mail service are you using?
Can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on IMAP (if this is an IMAP account) logging for the problematic account?
- Save the settings
- Restart the application
- Replicate the issue (move an email to a subfolder)
When the issue occurs, go back to the advanced settings window and click on “Send Logs” and send the logs to email@example.com with a reference link to this forum topic.
